This page is the public source of truth for Bidra's current charges.

Standard listings are free. Browsing, saving, messaging and making offers are free.

When a Marketplace purchase is completed through Bidra Pay, the buyer pays the item price plus the disclosed payment-processing cost recovery and a fixed A$0.20 Bidra service fee. Bidra does not charge the seller a percentage fee.

Payment-processing costs are calculated from the buyer's total charge and recorded separately from the A$0.20 Bidra service fee. The seller receives the full listed item price, subject only to valid post-sale adjustments such as refunds.

Cash pickup has a 0% Bidra marketplace fee and no Bidra payment-processing fee. Cash pickup remains a recorded Bidra Order, but it must never be described as a Bidra Pay transaction or as receiving Bidra Pay protection.

Paid Featured is optional and separate from a completed item transaction. It costs A$4.99 for 7 days. The promotion expires automatically and is disclosed as promoted placement.

Bidra Pay is the integrated paid transaction path for eligible Marketplace Orders and is powered by Stripe marketplace infrastructure. Availability still depends on the seller completing required payout onboarding and the production payment runtime being ready.

Bidra does not operate escrow or promise that every transaction can be reversed. Bidra records payment and fulfilment state for Bidra Pay Orders and keeps cash-pickup Orders clearly separated from the paid transaction path.
