2. Review the exceptions
Bidra prepares private drafts and copies authorised product images. Correct shared details in bulk and review items that need attention.
3. Approve and publish
Select all ready inventory, confirm its accuracy and publish in one action. Processing continues even if you close your browser.
Built for substantial inventories
Prepare hundreds or thousands of products without creating each listing manually. Progress is saved, retries retain successful work, and failed rows get individual explanations.
Choose the Shopify or WooCommerce source option for product exports with variants. Bidra separates sellable variants from parent and extra-image rows. Missing facts and unsupported products need correction before publication.
For XLSX, use visible inventory worksheets with identical headers, plain cell values and image URLs. Formulas, macros and embedded photos are not imported. Structured JSON feeds must contain flat product objects in an array or a products array.
Include stable SKUs or external IDs for future inventory comparisons. Each published listing offers one item. Updated imports never overwrite transaction history or silently remove live listings.

Choose Buy Now or Timed Offers. Timed Offer periods begin when each listing is published, not when you upload the export.
Buyers’ maximum offers stay private. At the end of the offer period, the seller decides whether to accept the eligible highest offer.
