Terms detail
Bidra is a marketplace facilitator that helps users discover listings, communicate and arrange handover. Bidra does not take title to listed goods and is not the direct seller in user-to-user transactions.
Users are responsible for evaluating items, agreeing terms and following applicable Australian laws.
You must be at least 18 years old to create listings, make offers, use Buy Now or transact through Bidra messages.
Accounts must use truthful profile and contact details. Misrepresentation, impersonation or repeated false information may lead to restrictions.
Sellers must provide accurate titles, condition notes, photos and location details. Material defects, faults and limitations must be disclosed clearly.
Listings that are misleading, illegal or unsafe can be removed without notice.
Buy Now should only be used where the buyer intends to complete payment and handover. Offer pathways are commitments that should be treated seriously by both parties.
Bidra may monitor repeated no-shows or abusive behaviour and apply policy controls where needed.
Users should keep key transaction details in Bidra Messages, including item condition, pickup timing, postage and payment expectations.
Keeping records in-platform supports trust, moderation and dispute handling.
Bidra may operate with free marketplace access during rollout. If optional paid tools are introduced, pricing and terms will be shown before any charge is applied.
Users must not list prohibited goods, post false or deceptive content, evade policy actions, or use Bidra for unlawful activity.
Bidra may investigate reports, remove listings, limit account functions, and suspend access where policy or safety risks are identified.
Moderation outcomes are based on available records, seriousness, and repeated behaviour.
Buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve issues directly in Messages. Where unresolved, support can review available activity records and provide platform-level guidance.
To the extent permitted by law, Bidra is not liable for indirect losses or outcomes arising from user-to-user transactions, including item quality, delivery timing or payment disputes.
These terms may be updated for legal, safety or product reasons. Updated terms apply from publication date with the latest revision date shown on legal pages.
