Use Friday to get practical, easy-to-photograph items online before buyers have more time to browse over the weekend.
Friday is a useful time to list because you can photograph the item, answer the obvious questions and have it ready before the weekend. Start with items that are simple to inspect and easy for a local buyer to collect.
1. Tools you have doubled up on
Upgrades and bundle purchases often leave duplicate drills, grinders, saws, chargers or hand tools sitting around.
If the spare is not part of your backup plan, list it with clear photos of the model and included accessories.
2. Furniture that is taking up space
Desks, shelving, outdoor settings, drawers and spare chairs can be straightforward local sales when dimensions are included.
Measure first. A buyer who knows it fits is much closer to making a decision.
3. Outdoor and hobby gear
Camping gear, fishing equipment, bikes, gym equipment and garden tools are all worth checking before another weekend passes with them unused.
Add enough condition detail that a buyer knows whether the item is ready to use or needs attention.
